"As someone who has multiple allergies, I was not only struggling to find the time to cook, but also the hours needed thoroughly read through each ingredient on every label at the grocery store - allergens can sneak into a lot of things you wouldn’t expect!
 
Dining out or getting take out were not an option as I couldn’t trust that there wouldn’t be cross contamination, but Melissa’s delicious meals made it so that we didn’t even miss restaurants!
 
Each week she would ask if we had any requests, email us the menu, and was always open to modifications or substitutions based on our preferences. Then she would come to our home with all the ingredients to prepare the amazing meals that we would enjoy all week!
