Tahini Dream Kale Salad Recipe

This nutrient dense, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free salad recipe is sure to convert even the biggest of kale critics into a lover of these leafy greens - and was on the "Melissa's Famous Tahini Dream Kale Salad" episode of "Mood Food with Melissa"!



Tahini Dream Kale Salad


INGREDIENTS


1 pound chopped kale - rinsed

1 small watermelon radish - peeled + chopped

to taste everything bagel seasoning



 METHOD


Combine all of the kale with about 1 cup of the Tahini Dream Dressing in a large mixing bowl and begin to massage the dressing into the kale until it begins to tenderize.


Add additional dressing to taste and mix until thoroughly combined.


Top with everything bagel seasoning and chopped watermelon radish to taste and enjoy!




NOTES


Goes great with roasted sweet potatoes, butternut squash, cauliflower, carrots and other sweet/starchy vegetables.
