Creamy Cashew Caesar Dressing Recipe
This creamy dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free Caesar salad dressing is sure to become your go-to choice for classic Caesar salads and more this summer!
INGREDIENTS
2 oz can anchovy fillets (dispose of liquid)
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup spring water
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon liquid aminos - this is different than coconut aminos
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoon capers
3 jumbo/4-6 small garlic cloves
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon natural sea salt - I love the duxbury salt from Saltery!
 METHOD
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth - that's it!
NOTES
Serve with crunchy romaine lettuce for a classic Caesar salad, or use as a delicious dipping/finishing sauce with raw veggies or a simple chicken dish!
