Garlic Roasted Broccoli, Peppers and Onion
INGREDIENTS
4 cups broccoli crowns
2 cups sweet onion, thin sliced
2 cups red bell pepper, thin sliced
2 tsp duxbury salt
2 tbsp roasted garlic oil
METHOD
Combine the prepared vegetables, salt and oil to the pan.
Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Roast in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are firm, but tender.
