Tahini Crunch Salad Recipe
This fresh, citrusy take on my famous Tahini Dream Kale Salad is loaded with lots of crunch and just the right amount of sweetness sprinkled in.
Tahini Crunch Salad
makes multiple servings
INGREDIENTS
1-2 cups tahini zing dressing
4 cups chopped kale
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
METHOD
Combine the kale, carrots, raisins and dressing in a large mixing bowls and massage for about 2 minutes
Add the walnuts and toss to combine.
Finish with a pinch of flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!
NOTES
Goes great with roasted sweet potatoes, butternut squash, cauliflower, carrots and other sweet/starchy vegetables.
