Tahini Zing Dressing Recipe

If you're a fan of my Tahini Dream Dressing, you are going to LOVE its new lighter, brighter, and more summery sister, my Tahini Zing Dressing! Made with just a few simple ingredients in two easy steps, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free salad dressing is sure to become a regular in your meal rotation at home!




INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup tahini

1 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup spring water

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp raw honey

2 tsp cider vinegar

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp dried parsley flakes

1/2 tsp natural sea salt - I love the duxbury salt from Saltery!



 METHOD


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


I've been loving this dressing paired with massaged kale, shredded carrots, golden raisins and chopped walnuts. It's sweet, savory, fresh, crunchy and best of all, even more delicious as leftovers on the second day!




NOTES


LEMON JUICE is packed with vitamin C and has been proven to help fight infections and maintain pH balance.


GARLIC has been used as a performance enhancing substance since ancient Rome, and has been shown in studies to reduce fatigue and increase stamina.


NATURAL SEA SALT helps to alkalize the body and maintain electrolyte balance.
