Honey Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

This anti-inflammatory dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free salad dressing is beautifully balanced and perfect for pairing with seasonal ingredients year round!



INGREDIENTS


Honey Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing


1 packed tsp grated garlic cloves

3 tbsp dijon mustard

3 tbsp raw honey (or amber maple syrup)

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp natural sea salt - I love the duxbury salt from Saltery!



 METHOD


Combine all of the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until fully combined.



NOTES


I love this dressing paired with:

- baby greens, sliced pear and shredded carrot

- chopped green apple, avocado, roasted sweet potato and pecans
