Clean Cocktail Recipes For Healthy Holiday Festivities - dairy free : gluten free : refined sugar free : paleo : vegan

Updated: Nov 21

Keep health in mind and the holiday spirit alive with these health conscious cocktail recipes crafted with clean ingredients and optional alcohol additions!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying a cocktail when it's really what you're craving, but it's important to explore what you really want before imbibing.

But, before you add the alcohol to your drink, take a sip and taste it just the way it is while taking account of how you're feeling, and then decide if you want to add a bit booze to your drink, while being conscious of what your body is really craving.

If you find yourself craving a moment to relax and unwind more than the cocktail itself, try enjoying a quiet moment while taking a few deep breaths between sips of your beverage while reflecting on positive points of your day, or simply letting your thoughts flow without judgement.

You may discover that it's more the ritual of relaxing with your favorite beverage that brings you peace more than the alcoholic elements that you may be attributing the results to!

Sometimes though, you already know it's time to party! In which case, the benefits in these beverages will help you find that healthy balance.

It's all about conscious consumption. Just be mindful of how alcohol makes you feel and do more of what makes you feel good!
