Maple Candy Pecans
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw pecan halves
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp maple sugar
1/2 tsp flaky sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!
METHOD Add 1 cup raw pecans to a large pan and place over medium heat.
Cook for about 5 mins (tossing often) or until the pecans begin to become visibly toasted
Add 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp maple sugar and 1/2 tsp sea salt to the pan and immediately remove from the heat while tossing continuously.
Spread on a parchment paper lined sheet pan, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and let cool
