Creamy Cashew Caramel Recipe
This creamy cashew caramel recipe is so easy that you’ll only need about two minutes and whisk to bring it all together, and tastes so much like a traditional caramel that you won’t even notice that it’s dairy free, gluten free AND refined sugar free!
INGREDIENTSÂ
1/2 cup      dry roasted cashew butter (additive free)
1/4 cup      tahini
1/2 cup      dark maple syrup
1.5 tbsp      vanilla extract
1 tsp         natural sea salt - I love the duxbury salt from Saltery!
METHOD
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients, adding them in the order they are listed, whisking between each addition.
