Thai Almond Noodle Sauce


INGREDIENTS 2 cups almond butter - raw, unsalted 1 cup water 3/4 cup dark maple syrup 1/2 cup roasted garlic 1/4 cup coconut aminos 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

1/4 cup fresh ginger - peeled, chopped 1 tbsp duxbury sea salt

METHOD Just combine everything in a blender and mix until smooth!



NOTES:


SESAME contains sesamin and other powerful antioxidants that have been shown to help reduce inflammation and symptoms of oxidative stress.


GARLIC has been used as a performance enhancing substance since ancient Rome, and has been shown in studies to reduce fatigue and increase stamina.


PURE MAPLE SYRUP contains zinc, which has been shown to help fight illness by improving the immune system response.


NATURAL SEA SALT helps to alkalize the body and maintain electrolyte balance.
