Beef Bone Broth Demi-Glace Recipe

This luscious dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free recipe makes it easy for even the most novice of chefs to achieve a rich, traditional demi glace with next to no effort - this recipe was also featured on the "Melissa's Vibrant Steak and Potato Dinner" episode of "Mood Food with Melissa"!



INGREDIENTS

4 cups Beef Bone Broth - the classic grass fed from Hale is my favorite!


METHOD

Place all of the bone broth into a large stock pot or sauté pan (I prefer a sauté pan because it helps the broth to reduce quicker)


Bring the bone broth to a boil over high heat.


Continue cooking, while whisking occasionally, until the broth has formed a thick reduction.


It's that easy!!
