Beef Bone Broth Demi-Glace


INGREDIENTS

4 cups Beef Bone Broth - the classic grass fed from Hale is my favorite!


METHOD

Place all of the bone broth into a large stock pot or sauté pan (I prefer a sauté pan because it helps the broth to reduce quicker)


Bring the bone broth to a boil over high heat.


Continue cooking, while whisking occasionally, until the broth has formed a thick reduction.


It's that easy!!




NOTES

BONE BROTH is an excellent source of collagen, a protein that has been shown to help improve muscle mass, support bone health and relieve joint pain.
