Beef Bone Broth Demi-Glace
Featured on the "Melissa's Vibrant Steak and Potato Dinner" episode of "Mood Food with Melissa"
4 cups Beef Bone Broth - Hale is my favorite!
Place all of the bone broth into a large stock pot or saute pan (I prefer a saute pan because it helps the broth to reduce quicker)
Bring the bone broth to a boil over high heat.
Continue cooking, while stirring occasionally, until the broth has formed a thick reduction.
It's that easy!!
