Chili Crisp Oyster Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
3 cups oyster mushrooms, sliced into 1/4" rounds
1/2 cup chopped scallion
2 tbsp chili crisp sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp + flaky sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!
METHOD
Heat sesame oil over medium heat, once pan is hot, add the mushrooms and 1 tsp salt
Toss to coat in oil, cook for three minutes
Add the chili crisp and chopped scallion the pan
Toss to combine
Continue cooking for two minutes
Finish with salt to taste
