Confit Garlic Roasted Broccoli Crowns



INGREDIENTS

5 cups broccoli crowns

2/3 cup roasted garlic confit (in oil)

1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

1 tsp flaky sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!



METHOD

  1. Combine all of the ingredients on a sheet pan


  2. Massage the ingredients together until the garlic is mashed into the broccoli and all of the ingredients are evenly distributed


  3. Roast at 425 for 5-10 minutes, until the broccoli is tender, but still slightly crunchy in the middle
