Maple Cider Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup dark maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Healthy Harvest Crunch Salad
INGREDIENTS
3 cups shredded brussels sprouts
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup finely slivered beets
1 cup finely slivered apples
1 cup chopped raw walnuts
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing to taste and toss to combine.
Enjoy immediately as a crunchy salad, or later as a flavorful slaw!
