Charred Corn Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3.5 cups charred corn, off the cob
2 cups rainbow grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 large ripe avocado, peeled and diced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp duxbury sea salt
METHOD This may be the easiest recipe of all time....simply combine all of the prepared ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss gently to combine!
Season with salt to your taste and it's ready to serve!
