Pecan Pie Crust Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3.75 cups almond meal
4 cups almond flour
2 cups coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!
1/4 cup amber maple
METHOD
Combine all in a bowl.
1 cup = 1 x 9" pie tin
1/4 cup = 1 x 4oz mason jar
Press evenly into a pie tin or mason jar.

Pecan Pie Filling Recipe
INGREDIENTS
8 farm fresh eggs
4 cups maple syrup
1 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut cream (additive free)
8 cups chopped pecans
Whisk eggs until frothy.
Add maple syrup + coconut oil. Whisk to combine.
Then, add almond flour + coconut cream. Whisk to combine.
Finally, add 8 cups chopped pecans.
9" pie crust = 2 cups of filling / 60 mins @ 325
4 oz mason jar crust - 1/4 cup filling / 60 mins @ 325

Salted Chocolate Ganache Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup raw local honey
1 tsp flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!
METHOD
Whisk together.
Wait for pies to cool and top with ganache and sea salt.
