cardamom, cinnamon and ginger are all Ayurvedic warming spices which help to promote active digestion.
INGREDIENTS
4 large red apples (peeled & chopped)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
to taste flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt
METHOD
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil over high heat in a large frying pan.
Toss to coat apples in oil.
Cook for two minutes, tossing occasionally.
Add the cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and sea salt.
Toss to combine and remove from heat.
