Indulge in this mouthwatering bowl of goodness, packed with vitamins and nutrients that are particularly beneficial to your immune and digestive systems.


honeynut squash contains vitamin a, an essential nutrient needed to support the immune system.

mushroom broth is healthy and flavorful, while supporting immune support, gut health, a healthy diet, cognitive health, stress relief, and joint and bone health.


apples are rich in fiber, which has been shown to help lower cholesterol and support healthy digestion.


lentils are heart-healthy and can reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases, support the digestive health, and help to manage blood sugar levels.





AYURVEDIC STUFFED SQUASH BOWL RECIPE



INGREDIENTS


1 cup baby greens (I love arugula!)

to taste chopped walnuts

to taste yellow raisins

to taste flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!

to taste cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar (or regular white balsamic/red wine vinegar)



METHOD


Add baby greens to the bowl.


Top with half a squash.


Fill squash with lentils.


Top with sauteed spiced apples.


Finish with chopped walnuts, yellow raisins, sea salt, cranberry pear white balsamic to taste.
