With just two clean ingredients, you can whip up this healthy mix in seconds and add it to any of your favorite dishes!

lentils are heart-healthy and can reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases, support the digestive health, and help to manage blood sugar levels.

mushroom broth is healthy and flavorful, while supporting immune support, gut health, a healthy diet, cognitive health, stress relief, and joint and bone health.





INGREDIENTS


32 oz mushroom broth (or Hale bone broth, if not plant based)

1 cup sprouted lentil blend

to taste flakey sea salt - I love SALTERY's Duxbury Salt!



METHOD


In a pan add 32 oz mushroom broth and bring broth to boil over high.


Add 1 cup sprouted lentils blend.


Bring to boil, then reduce to medium.


Cover and cook for 20 minutes.


Remove the cover and continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated.


Season to taste with SalterieOne sea salt.
